29.18 Sebastian, keeper of the scrolls.

Sebastian, the keeper of the scrolls, is not a deity in the typical sense. He is not considered a member of the pantheon and thus does not take followers. His role in Avalon is as a remedier of bugs, an implementor of new evolutions to the gamesystem, an individual to whom you should direct queries if you think something is not working as it should be.

He has no in-game role. He should not be approached with requests for favours, nor for changes to existing mechanisms (unless they are broken) for he has no executive authority over such matters. Periodically, however, he may request of a mortal some aid in testing this or that aspect of the land - and if this request be made, it is known to please many high members of the true divine pantheon.
