With a regularity depending partly on the popularity of the guild and more pertinently on the guild's reputation and its adherence to its prescribed ideals (as compared to rival guilds), enlistable guildsmen will appear either around the guildhouse, around the home city or around the land. See HELP RECRUIT, HELP ENLISTMENT and HELP BECKONING for detailed information about various means of bringing guildsmen from about the land into the confines of your guildhouse, ready therein for enlistment. Enlistments can be done by any guildmember with appropriate privileges and while the guildsman remains unenlisted, he or she is vulnerable to attack, to corruption, conscription and molestation.
